We are finally about to go live with our web site relaunch. After speaking with many people and getting their feedback we have decided to put up a poll and ask you the customers which name you would prefer, DV-University or Discovery Tools? The DV in DV-University stands for Digital Video. This name does a great job of communicating what it is that we provide our customers. When I worked for the PNW Apple Education Team, Apple had a promotional campaign called Discovery Tools. I was drawn to the name because technology has allowed for incredible discoveries that we would not have made without high-tech tools. When I had the opportunity to be among the first Apple Pro Training Centers I jumped at the opportunity to form my own company dedicated to helping others make the most of their new technology. I've always had a passion for life-long learning and digital story telling. It has been very satisfying to see the progress of so many of my students, with most of them going on to rewarding careers honing their craft.
